1. General information and the Data Controller

This policy explains how personal data and information from your device are processed when you use the website at https://adscapemv.com.

The Data Controller is Mykhailo Vlashynets, the operator of adscapemv. For matters concerning personal data, contact the Controller at hey@adscapemv.com. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. Purposes, legal bases and data-retention periods

The data processed depends on how you contact the website. I do not provide user accounts or use automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.

  • Contact and contact form: When you submit the form or send an email, I process the data you provide, in particular your name, email address, company or website address, selected enquiry area and message. I do this to respond to your enquiry and handle the contact. If your enquiry concerns potential cooperation, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); in other cases, it is my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). I retain the data until the enquiry or cooperation is concluded and, where cooperation begins, for the period required under rules on accounting and limitation of claims.
  • Website security and operation: The hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, timestamps and diagnostic information, to deliver the website, prevent misuse and ensure security. The legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Billing: If cooperation begins, data needed for billing are processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies make the website work and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) help us understand how you use the website. Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) are used to measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited the website. They may process cookie identifiers, your IP address, information about your device and browser, and the pages you visit.

For the collection of data by the Meta Pixel and its transmission to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, I am a joint controller with Meta (Article 26 GDPR), under these terms: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum.   • Retention: cookies expire after the period set by their provider, no later than after 2 years, or earlier if you delete them. We remember your choice for 180 days.
  • Managing consent: you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

4. Data recipients

Data may be processed by the service providers the website uses: Netlify (hosting and the contact form), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads), Meta (Meta Pixel) and the email service provider.

Some of them may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, including to the USA, using mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, in particular a European Commission decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your data-protection rights

Within the scope provided for by the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
To object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To withdraw consent at any time.
To lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
